Swedish relaxation, deep tissue for chronic tension, hot stone for circulation, and prenatal massage for expecting mothers. Sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes. All massage oils are organic and infused with desert botanicals including jojoba, prickly pear, and blue agave.
Facial Treatments
Signature Sedona Glow facial using mineral-rich red clay, anti-aging collagen infusion with prickly pear stem cells, hydrating desert rose treatment, and custom facials designed around your skin's specific needs. All products are organic, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.
Energy Healing
Reiki energy balancing, crystal therapy using Sedona's native quartz and amethyst, chakra alignment sessions, and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. Our energy healers are certified by the International Association of Reiki Professionals.
Yoga & Meditation
Daily sunrise and sunset yoga on our outdoor deck overlooking the red rocks. Vinyasa flow, restorative yin, and meditation sessions. Private instruction available. All levels welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
Aromatherapy & Botanical Wraps
Full-body wraps using desert clay, seaweed, or herbal compresses paired with custom essential oil blends. Our signature Sonoran Desert Wrap combines red clay, eucalyptus, and sage for deep detoxification and relaxation.
Outdoor Wellness Experiences
Guided vortex meditation hikes, outdoor yoga at Cathedral Rock, forest bathing walks through Oak Creek Canyon, and stargazing meditation sessions. Experience Sedona's healing landscape as part of your wellness journey.
