This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, please also see the region-specific sections below, which describe additional rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you sign up, request an audit, contact us, or purchase a subscription or articles, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Account credentials (managed through our authentication provider; we do not store your password)

  • Content and instructions you provide to generate articles and media (for example, briefs, topics, brand details, and any text or materials you submit)

Payment information. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. We retain limited transaction records (such as amount, date, and order status) for accounting and legal purposes.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we and our analytics provider may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (such as IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring site)
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

Content processed to provide the Service. To generate articles and media, the content and instructions you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. This is necessary to deliver the core function of the Service.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. We collect these for the purposes described in Section 2 and disclose them to the providers listed in Section 4.
